DNACA Presents Inaugural Scholarship to Mr. Jerwhani Burgins!


On August 21st, 2020, the Dominica Northern Association for Community Advancement (DNACA) proudly bestowed its inaugural need-based scholarship upon Mr. Jerwhani Burgins. Meanwhile, the remaining eight members observed the ceremony through the lens of EMO News, ensuring that the significance of the scholarship presentation resonated across the community.
